Massage Time Recommendations

60 Minute Massage

Great option if you are wanting a full body relaxation massage with no or very little focused work. Or if you have one area you would like focused work.

90 Minute Massage

Recommended for those looking for full body relaxation massage or those who want to focus one area of chronic pain or tightness. A lot of individuals with tight upper bodies choose a 90-minute and often choose to really focus on their problem area; shoulders, neck, low back.

120 Minute Massage

Ideal when you are wanting focused work on 2 or more areas while still getting a full body massage. A 2-hour massage is also a great option for anyone that needs just a little extra selfcare!

Prenatal

Massage therapy during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, relieve aches and pains, and ease labor. We have custom made prenatal table, that allows expecting mother to lay flat on their stomach comfortably and more importantly safely.

Cupping

What is cupping? Cupping is ancient form of alternative medicine in which cups are placed on the skin for a few minutes to create suction drawing blood to the area promoting healing.

Unscented massage oil is used at Montana Massage. If you have allergies and would like to bring your own massage oil, please feel free to do so.

All massages must be canceled no later then 24 hours prior to appointment time. If not canceled, the full price of the massage will be charged to client’s card on file. Cards will not be charged prior to appointment unless appointment is cancelled with 24 hours to scheduled start time. Client to pay for service in full at appointment, cash and check are preferred, credit card used to book is only to hold appointment slot. Electronic payments such as Venmo and PayPal are not accepted.

In-home massages may be rescheduled, by Jessica, due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances at any time.

When choosing to pay with a card, a 5% processing fees will be passed along to the customer.
